Almost eight year old Tilly came to rescue after being removed
from a severe neglect situation and living in extremely
poor conditions. Tilly loves people and is a round, gentle,
affectionate, and is shaped like a hoagie roll. She follows
her people around like a slow-moving shadow. If you look
in her direction you will see her little nub wagging while
she looks like she’s smiling. She is not particularly
interested in canine companionship and can show some aggression
towards other dogs, especially females. She would be best
with an only dog family. She experiences urinary incontinence,
particularly while sleeping. She’s also hard of hearing
and her joints aren’t what the once were. However,
none of that keeps her from enjoying life. She still likes
gentle walks and having a safe space to wander at her own
speed. Tilly doesn’t need much from the world. She
just deserves for the rest of it to be kind to her.
